Availability and Pricing: We offer vehicles at discounted prices under the payment conditions described below. Vehicles listed on our platform are subject to availability.

Repossessed Vehicles: The listed vehicles are repossessed assets, acquired from banks, leasing companies, or other institutional sellers due to seizures, bankruptcies, or other financial reasons. We act as facilitators for the sale, transaction, and delivery of these vehicles.

Private Sellers: In addition to repossessed vehicles, we source our vehicles from private sellers, reputable car rental businesses, government institutions, and business fleet owners across the GCC region. Every vehicle undergoes a rigorous inspection to ensure quality and reliability before being listed.

No Physical Stock: UAE Auto Recovery does not physically store vehicles. We act as agents on behalf of private sellers, major banks, financial institutions, and leasing companies to manage and facilitate the sale of repossessed and pre-owned vehicles.

Vehicle Condition: All vehicles undergo a comprehensive inspection to ensure they are free from major damages or undisclosed issues, providing you with quality and reliability.

3. Buyer Protection Program

At UAE Auto Recovery, your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priorities. Here’s how our Buyer Protection Program works:

Trial Period: You have a 15-day trial period to test the vehicle. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return it for a full refund.

Delivery Service: We provide delivery services within the UAE and to other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Delivery Fees: Delivery is free within the UAE. For deliveries to GCC countries, additional fees may apply. Please contact us for specific details regarding costs.

Return Policy: If the vehicle doesn’t meet your expectations during the 15-day trial period, you can return it for a full refund.

4. Discount Plans

Payment Options and Discounts:

• 50% Advance Payment: 0% discount.
• 100% Advance Payment: 10% discount.

5. Sales Procedure

Information Collection: When you decide to purchase a vehicle, we will request your ID, email address, phone number, delivery address, and chosen payment plan.

Payment Invoice: We will issue a payment invoice containing the payment details and email it to you.

Proof of Payment: Once the payment is made, you will need to provide proof of payment.

Preparation for Shipping: After receiving proof of payment, we will prepare the vehicle for delivery.

Delivery: The vehicle will be delivered to the address you provide within the agreed timeframe.

6. General Provisions

Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or vehicle purchases.

Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by UAE law. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in UAE courts.
